Completing the adventures and struggles of Dale Cooper, an intelligent and courageous FBI agent, who does his best and investigates on the murder of a young girl, the thing that reveals more secrets about the seemingly quiet town. Imagine my surprise when I watch "Arbitrary Law" and it was...great. Really, really great. This has been by far the best 40 and some change minutes I've spent in the town of Twin Peaks.
