Seaquest DSV - Season 3
The third season begins when Seaquest takes part in a businessman's scheme for refugee use and an iceberg. They seem to be trying to consolidate his financial and political gains over time, while Ben Craig returns as one of the refugees and Dagwood becomes an official member of the crew who is basically taking his experience.

[Michael] Ironside is a strong commander and inclusion of Daggers is a good (if derivative) touch, but series could use some stronger, more distinctive characters.
