Following the death of Queen Diana, who has been died in a car accident in Paris, the thing that makes the rage of the people of England, who does not accept Queen Elizabeth to be their Queen, the thing that leads Tony Blair, the elected prime Minister of England, who advises her to make a speech to mourning the dead Queen.
