All in all, a fairly solid opener, with lots of action and set-up to get you hooked all over again. It will definitely be interesting to see where all of this is going.

I'm sure that Bacon knows that his wife, Kyra Sedgwick, would have solved all this in two episodes of The Closer.

It should be a pleasure to watch Mr. Bacon in his first starring TV role, but his character is no more three-dimensional than any of the others.

This season instantly ratchets up the sadism with the aforementioned treatment of a comely corpse as a living doll. Unlike the first time around, that's pretty much doused my interest in playing along any further.
