This reality series begins with much more excitement that follows the strong competition, where a group of ambitious overweight people, who compete against each other in a series of challenges, in order to win the competition, as the one who loses the most will win. In this new season, a group of twenty contestants join the competition.

The Biggest Loser promised change. I've now watched the first three episodes, and it's pretty clear to me that this is a wolf whose sheep costume is woefully inadequate.

The Biggest Loser hasn't changed. Shame is its overtaxed heart, self-hatred its rigid core. TV viewers, at this point, should know better than to buy into anything such a series has to say.
