There are many action events and strong scientific imagination that we are living through this powerful series. The series begins when Rembrandt gets as much fame as he wants, planning an old enemy to make sure his disappearance is good. On the other hand, when skiers fall on a seemingly perfect world, Wade wins the lottery. But Quinn discovers that the lottery is controlling the population and that the winners are being killed.

Among the new spring series I've seen, Sliders stands out as the most enjoyable. ''What-might-have-been'' is usually a pointless exercise, but here it makes for some rousing entertainment.
