Completing the struggles and changes where the last season stops that follows a group of courageous scientists and warriors, who after the attack of horrible creatures on England, cooperate, in order to face their danger. In this new season, the team struggles against facing the horrible large insect the take people in its nest and kill them.

There's enough action-packed monster fighting to keep the show exciting, the character development is solid, and the cerebral overarching plot will keep sci-fi fans interested.

It's a shame Primeval's failed to rise to the next level, despite clearly wanting to, and the corniness of its characters doesn't help matters.
