“Outcast’s” second season is set to introduce a trio of new characters: Bob, a mysterious junkyard owner with ties to the town of Rome’s “dark past,” played by “Django Unchained’s” M.C. Gainey; Dr. Kenneth Park, the chief of staff at the town’s hospital, played by “Banshee’s” Hoon Lee; and Dakota, a free-spirited and unconventional Christian who clashes with Philip Glenister’s Reverend Anderson, played by“Texas Rising” star Madelyn Deutch
