Season 20 brings more cases, as the interventionists begin their mission to Heroin Hope in Philadelphia and meet Nicole, a 39-year-old heroin addict and heroin worker. It is this woman who has lived in the area for five years and is addicted to heroin. In those moments, we got Janine, a 22-year-old addict whose father had just died of a lethal overdose in a short time.
