In this series we present many interesting and different events. The FBI's follow-up when a Nazi war criminal jailed in Munich claims he knows the reason for the blackout. Mark Benford is also known by name. Benford and the agent Janice Hawke travel to Munich to meet the man, and while he is willing to share what he knows, he has one demand: to be released and allowed to return to the United States where he once lived.
