The seventh season begins when the father seeks justice after his daughter died under mysterious circumstances. Now, the answers appear vague on that issue and may put him in a real bind. On the other hand, there is a shooting in the back hall of a house, where the team is investigating the whereabouts of a nurse linked to what happened. In those moments, the rapist is found dead in a warehouse, complicating the course of things.

For the most part the show has been strong. This was a relief since the exit of one main character for another held the possibility for disaster.
