From Pat Bishop, Matt Ingebretson, and Jake Weisman comes a dark, edgy look at life as a Junior-Executive-in-Training at your average, soulless multi-national corporation. Matt and Jake (Ingebretson and Weisman) are at the mercy of a tyrannical CEO Christian DeVille (Lance Reddick) and his top lieutenants, sycophants John and Kate (Adam Lustick and Anne Dudek). As Matt and Jake navigate an ever-revolving series of disasters their only ally is Hampton Deville Human Resources rep Grace (Aparna Nancherla). Executive produced by Ingebretson, Weisman, Bishop, who will also direct and Jake Fogelnest.

I didn't have big reactions to any of the Corporate episodes I watched, but I found lots of small things to enjoy.

I laughed a lot watching Corporate, but it also kinda made me want to quit everything and move to the bottom of the ocean to live among the fish. I hope you'll see that as a recommendation.

I found it consistently clever (if sometimes obviously so), though I rarely laughed. Laughter may not be the appropriate response, in any case.

To have that strong of a nihilist streak in a comedy and still have characters worth investing in and returning to is no small feat.
