Black Monday - Season 1
We live a series of dramatic events closer to reality, with the series presenting new events with the worst stock market crash on Wall Street's history. The story of the series begins with a group of outsiders who took Wall Street with black masculinity, their children on Wall Street, but may have ended up at a curious and strange turn. The end seems to have been the crash of the world's largest financial system, where it seems to be very difficult.

This show leverages everything it can, but behind the hypercolor tones and florid trader-speak, there's little behind it all.
January 11, 2019
Black Monday dabbles in farce, social commentary, and character study, without managing to establish a coherent point of view.

What's clear through three episodes is that Black Monday is a black hole of sorts, and given how much great programming exists outside of black tunnels, viewers will have to ask themselves how much time they have to see if this show can turn it around.

An attractive new series to watch in 2019.
