In an exciting story of a young Bastian who still faces a problem in the real world. On the other hand, Barney is left by his father as he takes the book that led to his first adventure. After a while, the voice of the governor of Fantasia, the childish empress, is heard and tries to tell him that her land needs urgent help. Bastian returns to the kingdom, which is now threatened by the evil wizard Xayide. Bastian's mission is to protect the kingdom from evil.
