An action story follows one hard mission from the chines navy army, PLA. They have to run after a terrorist organization named Zaka. Zaka's members have started their activities since months and the only thing they need is damage for the country. A hard battle between two strong sides.

Unfortunately, the story takes a wrong turn early on, and despite truly fine performances, it never fully satisfies. In fact, it's the kind of movie in which you see so much potential that its doubly disappointing when it doesn't live up to it.
