Jinn (2018)
It might seem wrong, as that story tells about a girl named Summer, a black girl who is only 17 years old. Things may change completely within a short period of time and their world becomes upside down when their mother turns into a new religion. The mother seems to be working with a famous meteorologist named Jade Jennings, who has suddenly turned to Islam and becomes a different person, prompting the summer to reassess her identity. It may be quite different in a short period of time.
