Justin K. Bozonelis grew up in Chatham, New Jersey. His father is a retired New Jersey state judge, his mother an author and his sister Lia is a West Hollywood, California-based screenwriter. An investment banker and entrepreneur specializing in hedge funds, Justin graduated as a Dean's Merit Scholar from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Known as a very active supporter of the Greek Orthodox community, he was voted into the Board of Trustees of Leadership 100 and appointed to the Archdiocesan Cathedral of the Holy Trinity Board of Trustees.Film has been a hobby for Justin which led him to write, direct, produce and act in "Kleshnov", a short comedic-narrative. The film was co-created with longtime friend and college roommate Steve Zissis, star of HBO's "Togetherness", who plays the character "Kleshnov". An official selection of the NewFilmmakers series, "Kleshnov" made its big screen debut at the Anthology Film Archives in New York City. Justin's second written film "Falafel Thirst" won fourth place at the 2014 Nevada International Film Festival for Best Short Screenplays.Justin is an improv comedy graduate of the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre and has performed live at the "The Beast" (UCB East). He also earned acceptance into the Screen Actors Guild - American Federation of Television and Radio Artists and is a proud union member. He is represented by MSA for commercial work.
