Jon was a fixture in school plays, having played leading roles in "Oedipus Rex", "A Midsummer's Night" and "Romeo and Juliet." Upon graduation, Jon went on to attend Fort Valley State University, where he later received his B.A. in Mass Communications.Jon became a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., while attending Fort Valley State University.
