Julia tries to make a decision to end the work at home because of all the other tasks she is charged with. Meanwhile, Liz finds herself on a new path when her kids start nursery during that time, and Kevin hosts the last Halloween party.

This is all clearly intended to be hilarious - series one was a big hit - but surely to degrade men quite like this, or to demean career mothers who have succeeded, isn't really a laughing matter. Or perhaps it is.
