MotherFatherSon - Season 1
It is a series of exciting events that speak of that family and its threatened entity. The series began with Kadin Finch, who decided to run the British newspaper owned by his American father Max. Kadin tries to follow the footsteps of his father, who is considered one of the most successful characters. Perhaps things may turn into an undesirable turn because of the self-destructive life of Kadin, which threatens the future of the family and its empire and a country on the brink of change.

In MotherFatherSon, the BBC tried to set up a grand drama on the strength of Richard Gere playing a media mogul. But it didn't have the zing.

Still, this may have legs, and the shock event at the end may lead us somewhere more involving. That's the hope, anyway.

This is prestige TV designed by a committee, and the result is as cold and empty as Caden's apartment.

This is basically HBO's Succession minus its writing, acting, direction, wit, drama and unnerving veracity. Or, if you prefer, it's The Colbys, with added wheatgrass.
