This documentary series deals with a host of different facts, as the series hosts world-famous astrophysicist Neil de Grass-Tyson. The series follows a different path by searching for new worlds, and tracing our roots back to the hearts of old stars. The series travels everywhere across the universe to obtain a view of the universe on the largest scale and try to obtain a set of deep cosmic secrets.

Tyson's booming baritone lends the perfect amount of authority to the narration in Cosmos, though viewers that know him from his witty appearances on The Daily Show may miss the sense of humor he's displayed elsewhere.
