Up In Smoke
By accident, two musicians, Cheech, a guitarist, and Chong, a drummer, who admire drugs and drinking, meet in California, but incidents come to climax, after their traveling to Mexico falsely, the thing that brings him a lot of terrible, as they take a van back to America, without having any idea about the content of the van.

As far as comedic ingredients go, weed is not so much a surefire laugh-getter as it is a free-floating lubricant capable of setting off wicked complications.
