In this science fiction film, Matt Mills has long been in prison and is a paraplegic inmate. Matt met with a group of Satoshi Televers Industries for a serious scientific experiment. Matt is injected with synthetic nanomaterials that reengineer his strength and make him capable of killing. Mills is on a different path where he is determined to stay and return to his daughter again.
