In this historical film, there was an Egyptian police officer named Major General Yousef al-Masri, who embodied an important military role in many events in Egypt. Youssef al-Masri lived in the Karmouz neighborhood of Alexandria in that period that was under the reign of King Farouk before the 1952 revolution in the British occupation of Egypt.
