Cool Hand Luke
According to his criminal works Luke Jackson, a young courageous and smart man, who is always known with breaking rules, has been sent to a prison in Florida's farm, where he wins the respects of other prisoners and the hatred and resentment of his rulers, because of his courageous and breaking rules.

As this 'Southern' turns up the heat, the sense of sadistic oppression, of being looked down on by 'the man,' swelters and burns. The glowering sun eclipses the convict in its hellfire glow. Newman/Luke's knowing smile, though, burns on.
