Black Moon Rising
The film exemplifies the FBI's mission by employing a skilled thief. The thief's job is to steal a data tape from a company that they suspect is doing illegal business. The Bureau of Investigation tries to access the tape and analysis to prove that this company has illegal activities. The thief found the tape but was able to hide it in a car. In those moments, another surprise emerges.
