Bitter Melon
In a story that looks strange and comedic about Christmas, which turned into another turning point for an American Filipino family. That story began when she decided to attend the Christmas party at the family's home in San Francisco, but the family might discover that their son Troy was ruling the house with fear that frightens everyone living there. In the end, the younger son, Dicklan, leads the family that decides to make a tough decision.

The movie grinds to a halt in its final third as the characters talk things out, which might be helpful in life but in drama tends to belabor the obvious, as well as offer an easy exit.
