Bad Ass
The film is about a man named Frank Vega returns home after the war in Vietnam. Nothing to say about his life but an incident has occurred. On a bus, he came to defend a black man when he was teased and humiliated by the white and the action of Frank was praised. But his good fortune suddenly turns for the worse when his best friend Klondike is murdered and the police aren';t doing anything about it.

It's often difficult to tell what's bad on purpose or just badly handled. The cargo shorts and fanny pack? Purposely funny. The slack pacing? Probably not.
