The movie follows Jack who is just returning home from a camping trip with his friends to find his wife having a mental breakdown. But not just only her, most of people become hostile and either kill each other or themselves. It turns out that Jack is not infected because he was born on leap year, the 13th day of the 13th month in the 13th year.
