Jessica Powell is a Scarborough, Ontario based actress and writer. Being the youngest child to West-Indian immigrants, Jessica's passion for storytelling has expanded through 10 years in the performing arts, a BA in Journalism from University of Toronto Scarborough and a recent Post-Graduate Certificate from Humber College's TV Writing and Producing program. Her most recent work can be seen in One Delicious Christmas on the Discovery+ app along with a few others such as "The Great Holiday Bake War" premiering on the 2022 Christmas slate for OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network). Dependable and creative with a strong work ethic, artistic eye and fun-loving enthusiastic attitude, she possess experience in collaboration, communication and critical thinking. A sucker for cookie dough ice cream, karaoke and dance lessons, Jessica continues to explore life's lessons through both her craft and written work that she is developing. Hide
