After relentless searching, he found that the cookie had landed and stuck to his oversized belly. That was the moment he realized that he was dangerously overweight and made a profound commitment to change his life and health through fitness and diet.This was not Rosell's first experience with adversity. He was heavily bullied for being overweight throughout his childhood and teen years. At the age of 17, his parents separated, leaving Jason and his mother in dire financial straights. As a result, Jason dropped out of high school to earn money while his mother worked three jobs to survive. Jason worked multiple shifts at several fast food chains to make ends meet. During this time, his diet consisted mostly of fast and processed foods while his weight surged to unprecedented levels.After years of working with personal trainers and trying endless diets and gym routines, Jason paired his love of music with customized, smaller but more effective workouts, ultimately losing 75 pounds and dropping 10 pant sizes. His fusion of music, dancing and workout routines are designed as an alternative for folks who want to lose weight and build muscle inside or outside of the gym.
